To meet this expend. iture it is proposed to set apart the sume which have been, and will be derived

from the sale of Crown sites on the Paya Reclamation amounting to a total of. $577, 441 made

up as follows.

(1). Marine Lot 298, which

was sold in October last for $67.441.

(2). The site north of marine Lot 276, which is now avail- able for sale and is valued

at

(3). The site opposite Marine Lot 63, valued at $300,000, and

(4). The site opposite the Sailors' Home, valued at $160,000, which will be avail. able for sale so able premises
